Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread
A very disappointing lost today 5-1 to the Capitals only 10 shots for Vancouver team looked very tired and no effort Pyatt was a failure i dont like him even more now. To worried about Ovechkin must have forgot about Semin, Nylander and Backstrom... hopefully they pick it up for Wednesday when they are in HockeyTown.
Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread

Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread
yup very nice win. Disappointing to see Detroit doesn't seem to have the same passion they had last year... only glimmers of it now.

Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread
what will the red wings do when osgood(howard probably),lidstrom, samuelsson, datsyuk, chelios etc retire
Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread
Lidstrom isnt retiring this year, neither is Samuelson, datsyuk, chelios or any others with the exception of probably Maltby and draper.
the answer is easy... did you see Helm?
we have plenty more just like him. Also i think getting rid of osgood and playing Howard would be a good idea to do right now.

Re: The Vancouver Canucks Discussion Thread
i didnt say they were this year when they do though that will be a big hole. and yes helm is a good player. and that unwritten rule that no one makes more than lidstrom.. they will have to break that rule to resign zettyMark-C wrote:Lidstrom isnt retiring this year, neither is Samuelson, datsyuk, chelios or any others with the exception of probably Maltby and draper.
